Colin Morton
Colin works almost entirely in charcoal — a medium that rewards patience and a steady hand. His drawings lean into weather and atmosphere: storm fronts rolling over open country, fog settling into a stand of trees, water catching what little light there is.
Most pieces begin somewhere real — a fenceline, a coastline, a river he's fished — and end up somewhere quieter. Every drawing is an original, signed work on paper.
